Even if they are here, you don’t want to burden them with your feelings of grief and loss. Besides, you feel too tired and unmotivated to do anything. What you really want to do is crawl into bed, pull up the covers and hibernate until January. Grievers universally use isolation as a coping method. It won’t work. It’s way more healing and to come together and find support with others who can share your feelings and lend support during this period of grief. A support group offers members the opportunity to share, understand the grieving process, and be with others who are going through similar experiences. A major focus will be on grief recovery – two words that are rarely spoken together. I am dedicated to
helping those who suffer loss. I am a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist
with a specialty in Grief Recovery TM. Please call for your free pre-screening interview. Leave your name, phone number and best times to reach you and I will personally call you back. Thank you for contacting
me. And, remember, I care. 818-377-4484 |
